Strategically located at Anson Road, the 2,000 sq ft UMLand Property Galleria was recently launched to serve as a UMLand presence in Singapore.

The property gallery is showcasing all UMLand’s development products in Kuala Lumpur and Iskandar Malaysia. UMLand Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Charlie Chia said in his speech “Singapore has established itself well as an international hub therefore we have recognised the importance for us to have a strategic presence in this market place, where we can better service our existing and potential customers from the local community, as well as customers from regional markets such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mainland China and Australia.”

Chia continued “The presence of this property gallery will make UMLand’s projects more accessible to our current and future purchasers, investors and strategic partners in Singapore and overseas customers. In conjunction with the event, guests were also invited for a special Singapore premiere of the Star Residences, a premium mixed development presenting luxury condominiums and retail units, situated in the heart of KLCC.

Chia said, “Due to its pivotal location in the intersection of Jalan Mayang and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Star Residences has secured a spot in the limelight of Kuala Lumpur city centre.
