ORC International and Premier Inn announced as finalists for prestigious award

NEW YORK/PRNewswire/ — ORC International is delighted to announce that it is a finalist in the Market Research Society Awards 2013. The awards celebrate the industry’s ability to drive innovation, inspire change and deliver results.
ORC International and Premier Inn’s joint paper has been recognised in the ‘Best Application of Data’ category for the entry ‘Pillow Talk’. The paper discussed how Premier Inn uses research as a basis for tactical and strategic business decisions.
ORC International’s ‘Guest Recommend’ and employee engagement programme ‘Your Say’ are deeply embedded in the business and impact on Premier Inn’s operational decisions daily.
Bringing the two surveys together, and leveraging the combined intelligence they bring, has enhanced the insight for the senior team at Premier Inn. Guest and employee scores are regularly highlighted in investor briefings and feature on the company’s balanced score card.
