Chinese Mainland’s Largest Toy Fair China Toy Expo 2013 Expected to Draw Record Factory & Global Attendees
BEIJING, July 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Over 1,100 exhibitors, of which almost 87% are export-ready Chinese factories, and 70,000 global visitors are expected to gather at Shanghai New International Expo Center on October 15-17, 2013, where the 12th International Trade Fair for Toys & Hobby (China Toy Expo) and concurrent events will open to showcase over 200,000 innovative toys, games, hobbies, and indoor & outdoor playground equipments and preschool supplies.
Organized by China Toy & Juvenile Products Association (CTJPA), China Toy Expo is the largest international toy fair in mainland China and the 3rd largest worldwide. In 2012, altogether 1,014 factories from about 20 production regions in China and 65,780 visitors from over 110 countries and regions participated in the events. Event scale and attendance growth reached 35% and 20% respectively.
In 2013, exhibition space will be enlarged to over 100,000 sqm (three events), as major toy production regions of Chenghai, Gaomi, Yunhe, Yongjia and Baoying have expanded exhibit spaces to meet local factories’ increasing needs. A new Preschool Supplies Pavilion will allow more participation of playground equipment and preschool supplies manufacturers. The enlarged exhibition is expected to draw record attendance.
