The website features articles written by Jean Alberti, chef-at-large, and founding partner of two iconic San Francisco restaurants – Evvia and Kokkari. According to Alberti, Macau is becoming the next big food tourism destination in the region, he reasons: “There are all these amazing home kitchens and the casinos have attracted a number of truly world-class chefs.”
